VINE
A masterly blend of Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano and Chardonnay.

VINIFICATION
After soft pressing, fermentation takes place slowly and at strictly controlled temperature to develop the finest smell.
It turns sparkling in large containers.

CHARACTERISTICS
Pale yellow colour, soft and fruity test with floral bouquet.
Thin and persistent bubbles.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Ideal as aperitif and for cocktails. It can be served also with all meats.
Serve chilled at about 10°C.
