Cuvée 85%-90% Glera & 10%-15% Pinot Noir.

VINIFICATION
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation for at least 60 days.

CHARACTERISTICS
Delicate pale pink with a persistent perlage.
Fresh and pleasantly fruity with an elegant and harmonious bouquet of white flowers and hints of red fruits.

ACCOMPANIMENT
As an aperitif and with seafood. Pairs well also with white meats and grilled vegetables.
Serve cold at 6° C.
