After soft pressing, fermentation takes place slowly and at strictly controlled temperature to develop the finest bouquet.
Wine turns sparkling in stainless steel tanks.

CHARACTERISTICS
Pale yellow colour, soft and dry yet fruity profile, with floral bouquet.
Thin and persistent foam.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Ideal as aperitif, for cocktails preparation, and a perfect match with fish and seafood.
It can be served also with desserts.
Serve chilled at about 10° C.
